I will begin to show you which foods prevent disease, and which foods cause disease  You will learn that the most important nutrient the body can consume is raw fat.  I will explain why it fits into our Road Map towards optimal health.  Foods such as raw cold pressed olive oil, raw eggs, raw flax oil, avocados, non pasteurized unslted cheese, milk, butter, coconut meat, coconut cream, oysters, and salmon are all excellent excellent examples and sources of raw fat.  We will identify which foods are appropriate to include in the Primal Diet.
